At Hello Beads we like to reward our returning customers and therefore we are introducing a new ‘loyalty account scheme’.

Within a calendar year every penny you spend at Hello Beads will automatically be totted up. Once you have spent a total of over £200 you will be automatically entered into our loyalty scheme at the Bronze level. From this point onwards you will receive a 5% discount on all your purchases. As you continue to spend more your loyalty level will increase (inline with the chart below) to a maximum discount of 20%.

This discount will be in addition to any special offers and promotions we may have on at the time. You will also receive a special newsletter with additional discounts that will only be available to Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum members. To top it all off there will also be a special bulk-buy offers that will only be available to our higher level loyalty members.

As long as you sign-in to the same account then all future purchases will be eligible for our loyalty scheme.

Some Additional Information:

• If during a transaction your total spend increases to a higher loyalty level we will unfortunately be unable to automatically calculate the additional discount at the check out. Therefore the higher discount will apply from the next transaction. In this situation credits can be issued to redeem at the next purchase.
• Loyalty account levels are reset every calendar year on 1^st September (starting September 2008) unless otherwise agreed with Hello Beads. This is still under review and we may choose to carry over the discounts from one year to the next. This will be at the discretion of Hello Beads.
