16th October 2007 - New Beading Classes

We are pleased to announce the launch of Hello Beads new series of Beading Classes. The first term of lessons are now ready to being in November 07 and will focus on basic and beginners jewellery making techniques. They will be based in Lamberhurst Village Hall, just off the A21 on the Kent / East Sussex boarder. Lessons will cost just £15 which is inclusive of all materials required each week. Also – if you book 6 lessons we will give you the 7th free!

We will arrange additional classes dependant on demand. If you would like classes in your area at a different time then please do let us know and we can see what can be arranged!

8th October 2007 - Postal Strike

Royal Mail are currently ensuring the second 48 hour postal strike. This will obviously have an impact on all deliveries sent by hello beads this week. For full details of the strike action please see Royal Mails updates here

We will continue to dispatch all orders and take them direct to our local mail centre, however during the strike periods there will be no door to door deliveries so your order may not get much further than the sorting office. 8th October 2007 - Bead Society of Great Britian – Annual Bead Fair

On Sunday the 7th October 2007 we held a stall at the Bead Society of Great Britains Annual Bead Fair in Harrow, London. It was a very enjoyable event and we had a great time meeting many of our customers. Dispite the disruption of a tube strike the event was very well attened and there was a buzzing atmosphere through out the day. We look forward to attending the next bead fair in the coming months.
