Payments

Paypal :

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.

By Debit / Credit Cards over the phone :

You can place your order on line in the usual manner and then you phone the studio, when it's convenient for you, on 01246 557674 and pay over the phone with a debit or credit card during studio hours, but do have your order number to hand when you call.

Cheques :

We also accept cheques and banker's drafts. If paying by cheque or banker's draft write the order number on the back of the cheque and send it to:

Hello Beads, P O Box 475, Chesterfield, S45 0WW

Once the cheque or banker's draft has been received your order will be posted out.

Collect at Studio

If you select this option, your order will be packed and ready for collection at the Studio in Hasland.  Select this option when checking out your shopping basket and you wont be charged for postage.

Postage Costs

Below is a table of all our post and packaging costs. We use Royal Mail for majority of our dispatches.  Postage rates and offers will automatically be applied at the check out.

* Please note that this is just a guide of how long it should take your order to reach you from dispatch. This is not guarantee as we rely on our Postage Providers.

Dispatch Time Frame

With the Studio now being open, all orders will be posted off the next day.  If however, something is absolutely vital, then please ring the Studio to see if it can be posted off the same day.  This gives me time to pick and pack the order before or after the courses, workshops and coffee mornings.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused with this change in dispatch timing.  Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday, orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Tuesday, etc etc
